By accessing the CueRetail website or using the CueRetail platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using CueRetail on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
The service
CueRetail provides agentic workflows that monitor marketplaces to detect grey-market sellers, MAP violations, and Buy Box drift, then queue recommended actions for your brand to approve. The platform is approval-first: high-impact actions require your team's authorization before they take effect.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate applicable laws or marketplace policies.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the brand and marketplace data you connect to CueRetail. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The CueRetail platform, website, and related content are owned by CueRetail and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or software except as needed to use the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueRetail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the updated date below. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
